ABOUT PURE HOT YOGA

To truly understand the magic of this series, you must experience it yourself first-hand! We offer the original hot yoga series, a demanding series of 26 postures (asanas) that works the entire body inside and out. The class is conducted in a heated room to improve circulation, help eliminate toxins, and significantly reduce the risk of injury during deep muscle stretching.

The series is designed for all levels, first-time students and experienced practitioners alike.

In time, you’ll learn to focus your mind and control your breath, allowing you to work harder, deeper, and calmer. With each class you will better learn the true meaning of hatha yoga: a union of the body, mind, and spirit.
