The Perfect Complement to Running
I have been practicing hot yoga (bikram method) for 10+ years. To put it mildly, I am a little obsessed with it. I love how it makes me feel both mentally and physically. The 60 minute power hour is perfect to sweat, stretch, and recharge for the day. I am a runner and have run close to 20 marathons. This style of hot yoga is the perfect complement to running.
