Improved HDL (Good Cholesterol)

I’ve always been pretty proud of my low cholesterol. That being said, I also know a lot has to do with genetics. Last year my HDL (good cholesterol) was 84, I was pumped that it was double the recommended number, but I wondered if I could get it higher. (I am NOT an over achiever.)

I got my tests back last month, and now it’s at 110. The only thing I have done different in my exercising is Bikram. Exercising is the only thing that raises that number, not diet. Thank God since my diet is primarily alcohol and chocolate!
